Affiliate Program Terms

Plain-language terms for the FixlyGuide Affiliate Program. These terms don’t guarantee any earnings.

1. Parties, eligibility and acceptance

These terms are between you (the "affiliate") and FixlyGuide. To take part you must be at least 18, have authority to participate, provide accurate information and be approved by us. You accept these terms when you submit an application.

Joining is free. You don’t need to buy a membership. There are no payments for recruiting other affiliates and no downline commissions.

2. Referral attribution

You receive a unique referral link after approval. A click credits you for 60 days, subject to consent requirements. The most recent eligible affiliate link clicked before a contractor’s first paid signup gets credit. Direct visits don’t overwrite valid attribution, and once a paid customer is attributed, later clicks don’t move them to another affiliate. Only one affiliate is paid per membership.

Existing customers, duplicate accounts and reactivations don’t qualify. Browser restrictions, consent choices or device switching can prevent tracking; we don’t promise cross-device tracking. You may submit a missing-credit claim with evidence within 30 days of the first payment, which we review.

3. Qualification periods and tiers

Tiers are set per personal 30-day period, never calendar months. Period 1 starts when your account is activated; later periods run back-to-back (start included, end excluded). A referral belongs permanently to the period containing its first successful membership payment.

Tiers: 0–9 qualifying memberships 20%; 10–24 25%; 25 or more 30%. Each period’s tier applies only to payments received during that period. A qualifying referral is a genuinely new, approved contractor, correctly attributed, with valid payments, and not a duplicate or self-referral. Annual memberships count once when the full payment clears — never as 12. Monthly memberships count after two successful payments, credited back to the original period.

Each commission is calculated at the tier reached in your current 30-day period at the time the payment is received. Higher tiers are never applied retroactively to commissions already recorded. To keep earning a higher rate, you must maintain that sales level in each new period.

4. Commission calculation and duration

Monthly: commission on eligible monthly charges within the first 12 months from the contractor’s first paid membership, up to 12 installments. Cancellation or nonpayment stops future commission. Pausing or rejoining doesn’t restart or extend eligibility.

Annual: commission on the initial $499 payment only; no renewal commission.

Commissions are calculated on the membership amount actually collected after discounts, excluding taxes and reversed or legally required refunded amounts. Ordinary processing fees aren’t deducted. No commission is paid on unrelated products, services or fees (including optional profile setup). Each commission is rounded to the cent. Billing-plan changes are reviewed manually to avoid duplicate commission.

5. Refunds, disputes and reversals

FixlyGuide memberships are non-refundable under our posted policy. No commission is earned on money we don’t keep. A pending dispute places the related commission on hold; if we keep the payment it’s released, and if the payment is reversed the commission is removed. An already-paid commission on a reversed payment is deducted from future earnings with a visible explanation. A cancellation alone doesn’t reverse commission on payments we kept.

6. Payment timing and minimums

Each commission has a 30-day payment verification hold (not a refund period). We pay approved, available commissions on the 15th of each month for balances eligible by the end of the prior month, or the next business day. The minimum payout is $25; smaller balances roll forward. Arrival time depends on the payment provider.

7. Taxes and payout onboarding

You must provide valid payout details and any required tax documentation through our secure onboarding before we can pay you. You’re responsible for your own taxes.

8. Independent contractor

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent or representative of FixlyGuide, and you have no authority to bind FixlyGuide or make promises on our behalf.

9. Brand assets

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to use approved promotional assets unaltered, only to promote the program under these terms.

10. Confidentiality and privacy

Keep non-public program information confidential. Handle any personal information lawfully and only as needed for the program. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

11. Prohibited conduct

Self-referrals or referring businesses you own or control; fake identities, duplicate accounts, fabricated purchases or payment fraud; cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden tracking, bots or attribution manipulation; spam, purchased lists, or unauthorized automated calls or texts; impersonating FixlyGuide or claiming to be our employee or agent; promising guaranteed leads, work, income or results; fake reviews, fabricated testimonials or undisclosed paid endorsements; unauthorized discounts, cashback or incentives; bidding on FixlyGuide trademarks or misspellings without written permission; brand-confusing domains, handles or ads; altering brand assets; and illegal, deceptive, discriminatory or infringing content.

Paid advertising that promotes FixlyGuide requires our written approval. You must clearly disclose your financial relationship near your recommendation or link — for example: "I earn a commission if you purchase a FixlyGuide membership through my link." Disclosures must be easy to notice (not hidden in footers or "more" links); video disclosures must appear in the video. Promotional email must follow applicable law, including accurate sender info, non-deceptive subjects, a postal address and a working unsubscribe.

12. Investigations

We may investigate suspicious activity and hold related commissions while we review. We may withhold or reverse commissions linked to fraud or material violations, with a documented reason. We don’t forfeit unrelated legitimate earnings.

13. Disputes and support

Questions or commission disputes can be raised through our contact page. We’ll review and respond in good faith.

14. Suspension and termination

Either party may end participation. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. For ordinary termination, we honor valid existing referral commitments for their promised eligibility period; new referrals stop being eligible after termination.

15. Program changes and closure

We may change or close the program. We aim to give 30 days’ notice of material changes. If the program closes, valid existing referral commitments are honored for their promised eligibility period.
