Examples are illustrations, not earnings guarantees. Amounts depend on payments actually received, discounts, continued payment and eligibility. Taxes aren’t included in the commission base.
Each commission is paid at the tier you’ve reached in your current 30-day period when the payment comes in: 1–9 sales 20%, 10–24 sales 25%, 25 or more 30%. Rates are never applied backward — keep your sales up each period to keep earning the higher rate.
Your personal 30-day periods
Tiers use your own 30-day periods, never calendar months. Period 1 starts when your account is activated; each new period starts right when the last one ends. A referral belongs permanently to the period in which the contractor made their first successful payment — a click or unpaid application doesn’t count. Monthly memberships count toward a tier after their second payment, even if it lands after the period ends; it’s credited back to the original period. Your dashboard shows each period’s dates, confirmed and pending memberships, and the tier earned.
Payouts and tracking
- • 30-day verification hold on each commission, then payouts on the 15th of the month for balances of $25 or more.
- • We collect payout and tax details securely after approval — never in the public application.
- • 60-day click attribution; the latest affiliate link before the first payment wins. Once a contractor has paid, later clicks don’t move them.
- • Only one affiliate is paid per membership. Existing customers, duplicate accounts and reactivations don’t qualify.
FAQs
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining is free and you don’t need to buy a membership. There are no payments for recruiting other affiliates and no downline commissions.
How long do I earn on a referral?
Monthly members: on eligible payments during their first 12 months (up to 12 payments). If they cancel or stop paying, commissions stop. Annual members: on the first $499 payment only — renewals don’t earn commission.
How is my tier decided?
Each of your personal 30-day periods earns its own tier based on qualifying memberships whose first payment landed in that period. Reaching a higher tier once doesn’t carry over to future periods, and a slower later period never lowers an earlier group.
What counts as a qualifying membership?
A genuinely new, approved contractor, correctly attributed to you, with valid payments — not a duplicate or self-referral. An annual membership counts once its payment clears. A monthly membership counts after two successful payments.
What if a payment is refunded or disputed?
FixlyGuide memberships are non-refundable, but banks can reverse payments. A disputed payment’s commission is put on hold. If the money is reversed, that commission is removed — or deducted from future earnings if already paid. A normal cancellation doesn’t take back commissions on payments we kept.
When do I get paid?
Each commission has a 30-day verification hold (not a refund period). On the 15th of each month (or the next business day) we pay available balances of $25 or more; smaller balances roll forward. Arrival time depends on the payment provider.
How is tracking done?
Your link credits you for 60 days after a click. The most recent affiliate link clicked before the contractor’s first payment gets credit. Browser settings, consent choices or switching devices can prevent tracking — you can file a missing-credit claim within 30 days of the first payment.
