Registered business name, a phone number a homeowner can call, a monitored email address, and a service address or service-area radius.
At least one Dallas-Fort Worth city or ZIP in your coverage — Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Irving, Denton, Garland, Keller and nearby.
Homeowner requests are time-sensitive. Contractors who reply quickly get routed more leads; contractors who go quiet get fewer.
We check public reviews and complaint history. Unresolved patterns of abandoned jobs or license actions are grounds for denial.
