Is the $49.99 price permanent?

Your founding rate stays $49.99/month as long as you keep continuous active membership. If you cancel and rejoin later, current pricing applies.

How many Founding Contractors can join?

Up to 25 per service category during the DFW launch. If your category is full you can join the waitlist and we will contact you when a spot opens.

Who can apply?

Licensed and insured contractors serving at least one DFW city or ZIP code. Every application is reviewed before approval.

Does paying make me verified?

Accepted Answer

No. Verification badges only appear after we review your license, insurance and business details. Payment and verification are separate.

What do I get as a member?

A public contractor profile on Fixly Guide, eligibility for homeowner project requests in your trade and service area, in-app messaging with homeowners, a contractor dashboard to manage leads, and placement on local trade and city pages once your profile is complete.

Are leads included?

Yes — members are eligible to receive homeowner project opportunities at no extra per-lead cost. Fixly Guide does not guarantee a specific number of leads.

Do I pay per lead?

No. Membership is a flat monthly fee. Leads are not sold individually and paying more does not move you up in routing.

Can someone build my profile for me?

Yes. Building your profile yourself is free. If you prefer, Fixly Guide can build it for a one-time optional $25 setup fee — you approve it before it goes live.

Can I pause leads?

Yes. You can pause leads when you are booked out or set a monthly lead cap from your dashboard.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel anytime from your dashboard or the billing portal, with no cancellation fee. Your listing stays active through the end of the period you already paid for.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Membership payments and the optional $25 setup fee are non-refundable. Cancelling stops all future charges.
