Fixly Guide is rolling out its contractor marketplace market by market instead of nationwide all at once. Dallas–Fort Worth is the first launch market. Concentrating homeowner demand and contractor coverage in one metro produces a better experience for both sides: homeowners find real local pros, and contractors see projects that actually fit their trade and service area. As the platform grows, Fixly Guide will expand into additional Texas and national markets — but founding pricing belongs to the launch market contractors who join first.
Serving Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Arlington, Irving, Denton, Garland, Grapevine, Mansfield, Rockwall and the surrounding DFW metro.
Each service category is capped at 25 Founding Contractors for the DFW launch. When a category fills, new applicants join that category's waitlist.

Eligibility for homeowner project leads
Founding Contractors become eligible to receive homeowner project requests generated through the Fixly Project Assistant, Repair or Replace tools, DIY vs Hire a Pro tools, cost guides, storm-damage tools, articles, city and service pages, and contractor searches. Membership does not guarantee a specific number of leads — volume depends on homeowner demand, trade, service area, availability, project type, lead quality and marketplace activity.
Priority marketplace matching
Founding membership makes you eligible for preferred matching based on service area, project category, availability, trade specialty, response history, account status, lead capacity, verification and homeowner needs. Not every lead goes to every contractor.
DFW Founding Contractor badge
A badge on your profile marking that you joined during the original Dallas–Fort Worth contractor marketplace launch. It stays while you remain eligible under program rules.
Locked founding membership rate
Your $49.99 monthly membership rate is locked for as long as your membership remains continuously active — even if Fixly Guide’s standard membership price increases in the future. If membership is canceled or lapses, rejoining may require then-current pricing.
Preferred future lead pricing
Founding Contractors will receive preferred consideration when Fixly Guide introduces future paid qualified-lead programs. Future Fixly Guide pricing and lead programs may be different, but your founding membership rate will remain locked.
Early access to new contractor tools
When available, Founding Contractors get first access to new marketplace tooling.
Enhanced marketplace visibility
Enhanced profile, more project photos, full service descriptions, additional service-area detail, the founding badge and priority matching eligibility compared with basic or unverified listings. We do not sell rankings or guarantee placement.
